- Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our contact form or directly via email/phone. All custom orders require a detailed consultation.
- Pricing: Prices for our products and services are provided upon consultation and depend on the complexity, size, and ingredients requested.
- Payment: A deposit may be required to confirm custom orders. Final payment is due upon delivery or collection, as specified in your order agreement. We accept various payment methods, details of which will be provided during the ordering process.
- Cancellations: Cancellation policies will be outlined in your order agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the order.
4. Customization and Design
We strive to create products that match your design specifications. However, due to the artistic nature of our work and the use of natural ingredients, slight variations in color, design, and outcome may occur. We will always endeavor to match your vision as closely as possible.
5. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions
While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
